This one was the only one to actually properly come out, and is of a pig sty in a suburban avenue. It is therefore named in honour of Pig Sty Avenue.

Fame at last!

With regard to using film though, I've been doing a lot of thinking about this lately. I won't take you through the train of thought, but cut to the conclusion:

It's bollocks.

That is, it's bollocks if your object is to take meaningful photos.

If you're hard up, and have an old SLR around, well fair enough - I was in that boat until recently. And the "anorak" nature of film photography means that you'll get to meet fellow enthusiasts and socialise - nowt wrong with that. Same as there's nowt wrong with train spotting, say. Each to his own.

But when it comes down to it, you're going to take better pictures, consistently, with digital. It's as simple as that.

Just ask any one who relies on photography for a living - are there ANY pros who use film nowadays?

'Nuff said.
